We also provide an integrated chat feature that allows users to interact with our AI using prompt technology for a more intuitive experience.

2.1 Repeater – AI Study Companion

SceneSnap’s Repeater is an additional feature that provides an interactive learning experience using AI technology. It offers various modes such as Explain Mode, Study Companion, and Ask Anything to enhance user learning through quizzes, real-time feedback, and personalized content delivery.

User Responsibilities:

  • Users should engage with Repeater in a manner that promotes educational and personal development. Misuse of the AI features, such as exploiting the tool for cheating or inappropriate content generation, is strictly prohibited.
  • While Repeater provides educational support, users should not rely solely on this tool for comprehensive learning or professional certification without consulting additional resources or experts as appropriate.

Intellectual Property:

All interactions and content generated through Repeater are properties of SceneSnap, and users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use such content for their personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

3. Use of Content

  • Compliance with Copyright Laws: Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of YouTube and Webex videos complies with applicable copyright laws. Our tool processes content based on user input and does not claim ownership of any videos.
  • Fair Use: Our tool is designed to transform original content by synthesizing relevant parts as specified by the user. We encourage users to use the tool in a manner that aligns with fair use principles, including educational, commentary, and transformative purposes.

  • Authentication for Webex: Access to content from Webex requires users to authenticate using their Webex credentials. We do not store or manage Webex credentials but facilitate the connection through Webex's official API.

  • Responsibility for Prompts: Users are responsible for ensuring that the prompts they provide are appropriate and do not violate any applicable laws or regulations. Misuse of the prompt feature, including but not limited to generating harmful or illegal content, is prohibited.
