About SceneSnap

SceneSnap is an organizational learning intelligence platform that turns a company's know-how into measurable capability for corporate L&D teams, through multi-agent AI tutoring, simulations of real work and proactive support in the flow of work.

Most training ends when the course ends. People forget what they learned, never get to practice it, and the organization only measures attendance and completion. We build the system that carries know-how all the way from the training material to the moment someone needs it on the job, and measures what actually transferred.

01

What SceneSnap does

Multi-agent AI tutoring

Specialized agents turn a company's slides, PDFs, videos and recordings into a personal learning path: a planner designs the path, an explainer picks the best format for each concept, and an evaluator checks understanding. An adaptive learner profile keeps each person on a topic until the gaps are closed.

AI-directed work simulations

An AI simulation engine recreates the work situation a person is preparing for, with the tools they would actually use. A learner can send an email, take a call, fill in a form, update the CRM or flag a suspicious message, and the scenario reacts to each choice.

Proactive just-in-time support

SceneSnap keeps a training program working months after delivery. It suggests the right know-how before people go looking for it, such as a short prep note before tomorrow's meeting, with the option to review the lesson or run a simulation.

Learning intelligence layer

Every lesson, simulation and nudge produces data on what people understand and can apply. L&D teams see where know-how transfers into capability and where it gets stuck, instead of relying on completion rates.

What makes SceneSnap different

Learn, practice and apply in one system

SceneSnap covers the full loop from knowledge to practice to on-the-job support. Platforms like Sana (Workday) or 360Learning focus on courses and tutoring, roleplay tools like Second Nature or Hyperbound focus on practice, and in-app guidance tools like Spekit focus on reminders.

Simulations of the whole job, not just a call

Most AI roleplay tools simulate a one-to-one or one-to-many conversation, often only for sales. SceneSnap simulates the working environment itself: emails, calls, forms, CRM entries and multi-stakeholder situations combined in one scenario.

Tutoring built from specialized agents

Instead of a single chatbot on top of a course, separate agents plan, explain and evaluate. Each learner gets a path that adapts to what they already know and does not advance until understanding is verified.

Proactive AI for any role

Just-in-time support suggests information before the learner searches for it, and it is grounded in the organization's own training content. It works for any topic or role, not only sales enablement.

Built on the content you already have

SceneSnap works with existing materials and sits alongside the LMS already in place. Teams do not need to author new courses or migrate platforms to get started.

03

Who uses SceneSnap

SceneSnap has supported more than 40,000 learners across enterprise and education, including:

  • Corporate academies and L&D teams running onboarding, upskilling and compliance programs
  • Insurance and banking teams training on products, regulation and client conversations
  • Professional services and consulting firms transferring expert know-how to new hires
  • Universities and business schools adding tutoring and applied practice to their courses
  • Training providers delivering programs to corporate clients
04

The team behind SceneSnap

SceneSnap was founded in 2024 by two co-founders who met at Politecnico di Milano. Frustrated by training that digitized content without making anyone better at their job, they set out to build learning that turns know-how into capability.

05

How SceneSnap works

Every engagement follows three phases, so the organization sees results before committing at scale.

  1. 1

    Discovery

We map the program, the target roles and the business objectives with the L&D team, and select the materials to start from.

  2. 2

    Pilot

A group of learners uses SceneSnap on a real program. At the end we review the results against the objectives agreed in discovery.

  3. 3

    Full scale

Once the objectives are met, SceneSnap rolls out to more programs and teams, with the analytics layer tracking progress over time.

During the pilot, customers work directly with the founding team.

Frequently asked questions

What is SceneSnap?

SceneSnap is an organizational learning intelligence platform. It turns a company's training materials into AI-tutored learning paths, simulations of real work and proactive support on the job, and measures how know-how turns into capability.

Does SceneSnap replace our LMS?

No. SceneSnap works alongside the LMS and content you already have, and adds tutoring, practice, just-in-time support and learning analytics on top.

What materials can we start from?

Slides, PDFs, manuals, videos and recordings of live sessions. SceneSnap uses them as the source for lessons, assessments and simulations, so teams do not need to author new content.

How are SceneSnap simulations different from AI roleplay?

AI roleplay usually means a voice conversation with a virtual customer. SceneSnap simulations recreate the working context, so learners can also write emails, fill in forms, update a CRM or handle incoming messages within the same scenario.

What is just-in-time support?

It is proactive AI that brings the right know-how into a person's work before they search for it, for example a short prep note before a meeting. The learner can then review the lesson or run a simulation if they need more.

How much does SceneSnap cost?

Pricing is custom and depends on the scope of the program and the number of learners. Every engagement starts with a discovery phase and a pilot measured against agreed objectives.
