SceneSnap Scenario
Your people can find every answer ever written. What they can't find is a safe place to practice the conversation, the call, the decision before it happens for real. Scenario is that place.

Why scenario
Courses, wikis, AI assistants: every answer is one search away. Yet the moments that define performance don't look like a quiz.
A slide won't teach you to negotiate. A certificate only says you showed up. And practicing on real customers is the most expensive training ever invented.
How it works
No authoring from scratch, no branching trees to script. Scenario grows the whole simulation from what your organization already knows.
Approved facts
Policies, recordings, manuals, procedures. Scenario distills them into the facts and standards the simulation must respect, reviewed and approved by your experts before anyone plays.
Each learner steps into one living workspace: characters message them, phones ring, documents need writing, decisions need making. A director evolves the story in response to what they do. No two runs are the same.
An independent evaluator scores every run against a fixed rubric your team approved: criterion by criterion, with evidence from the transcript. No vanity score, no black box.
The scene up close
A scenario isn't a chat with a bot. It's a whole situation, and it uses every surface your people actually work on.
Counterparts with their own goals and moods. They push back, get impatient, concede when convinced, in writing and on the phone.
Some moments have to be spoken. Learners pick up the phone and talk to the character, live, in natural conversation.
Proposals, emails, plans. When the scene demands something in writing, the learner has to actually produce it.
Forks where something is at stake. Good calls open doors; poor ones have consequences the story doesn't hide.
The signal
Every run ends with an evaluation your L&D team can defend: each criterion of your rubric, classified with evidence from what the learner actually did and said. Deliberately no single magic number: one behavioral run is a signal, and honest signals come with their reasoning attached.
Experts approve the criteria before anyone plays. The AI evaluates against them; it never invents its own.
Every judgment quotes what the learner did. Reviewable, contestable, auditable.
Runs accumulate into a per-skill picture across the team: where people are strong, and where practice is due.

Enterprise & data residency
Insurance and banking L&D runs under real constraints. Scenario is built to clear security and procurement, not to route around them.
Your data stays stored in the EU. Data residency is part of every enterprise agreement.
Learners sign in with their corporate identity. No new password to manage, no shadow account.
Runs and completions flow back into your LMS over SCORM, xAPI and LTI, alongside the rest of your training.
Availability
Scenario is not a self-serve toggle. Every deployment starts with your material, your standards and your experts, and is rolled out with our team as part of an enterprise agreement. That is what keeps the simulation true to your organization, and the signal worth trusting.
Workshops are excellent: twice a year, for twelve people. Scenario gives every learner unlimited private reps, on demand, judged against the same fixed standard every time. The two work well together; only one of them scales.
No. Scenario generates the situation, the characters and the story from your materials. Your experts review and approve the premise, the facts and the rubric; then the engine runs the scene live, differently for every learner.
Only what your rubric defines. An independent evaluator reads the full transcript and classifies each criterion on the levels your team wrote, citing evidence. It doesn't invent criteria and it doesn't produce a made-up percentage.
Scenario is available to organizations under an enterprise agreement. It starts with an intro on your use case. If it fits, we deploy it together with your team.
Bring one real training challenge. We'll show you what it looks like as a living scene, and what the signal on the other side tells you.
