Terms of Use and Service
Last Updated: 19/10/2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to SceneSnap ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and Service ('Terms'). If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
SceneSnap provides an AI-powered learning platform that transforms user-provided or institution-provided materials, such as videos, documents, and text, into interactive and personalized learning experiences. Using SceneSnap's proprietary multi-agent 'Repeater' system, learners can explore adaptive study paths, generate summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and engage in interactive conversations to enhance comprehension and retention.
SceneSnap can be accessed directly by individual users or through integrations with institutional systems (e.g., LMS platforms such as Moodle, via LTI). The platform includes interactive dashboards, analytics, and feedback tools for learners, educators, and organizations to track engagement and learning outcomes.
All generated outputs, including summaries, quizzes, chats, and other learning assets, are AI-assisted and should be used as complementary study tools, not as substitutes for the original materials.
2.1 Repeater – AI Study Companion
The Repeater is SceneSnap's multi-agent AI tutor designed to create an interactive and adaptive learning experience. It dynamically guides learners through personalized study flows that may include summaries, explanations, quizzes, flashcards, and metacognitive reflections. Each Repeater session adapts to the learner's behavior and progress, aiming to enhance comprehension, engagement, and knowledge retention.
User Responsibilities
- Users agree to use the Repeater and all SceneSnap AI features exclusively for lawful, educational, and personal development purposes.
- Any misuse, such as attempting to generate or submit content for cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or the creation of inappropriate, discriminatory, or unlawful material, is strictly prohibited.
- While the Repeater is intended to support and enrich the learning process, it should not be considered a substitute for academic instruction, professional advice, or verified educational resources. Users are responsible for verifying and critically assessing the information generated by the AI.
Intellectual Property
All AI-generated outputs and interactions within the Repeater remain the intellectual property of SceneSnap S.r.l. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use such content solely for personal and non-commercial educational purposes.
SceneSnap reserves the right to use anonymized and aggregated interaction data for the purposes of service improvement, research, and analytics, in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

Users agree to use the platform in a manner that respects intellectual property rights and aligns with educational, research, commentary, and transformative objectives.
